The Chandelier Room
The Chandelier Room features 9 over-sized crystal chandeliers that once hung in a Luxury Hotel from days past. exposed original brick walls make a beautiful and authentic backdrop to any event. This room boasts the romantic original windows and columns of the 1860's building.
The Garage Room
The Garage Room features 20ft vaulted ceilings and the original wooden garage door. Once used as an International Truck Dealership and Garage, you can still find the traces of a bygone era.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is the perfect gathering spot for any event. welcome your guests with cocktails outside while they enjoy the open air. bistro lights add a romantic ambiance your guests will be sure to remember

The Osage
Situated in the back of the Southerly Warehouse venue, awaits a surprise. The Osage (pronounced O - sawj). The word itself means to celebrate for a great occasion. The Osage was once an unnoticed storage warehouse for the Davis Dyar Electrical Supply Company.
Once you enter through it's custom made steel doors at the end of the private alley entrance you know it is a special place. A place that your celebration has been anticipated to it's fullest. The Osage Venue features a gorgeous pre-event space for your guests to await the grand room reveal. Once inside the grand room, all eyes will be on the custom made black crystal chandelier in the center of the the room. The dramatic black and white colors give a perfect neutral back drop to bring creative drama for your event. Across the back wall are three garage doors that open onto a very generous covered back porch. The Osage is our expression of beauty and hospitality. A place to celebrate, revel, and get down!
