  • Our spaces are perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, Greek events, nonprofit functions, banquets, and many other large celebrations.

  • We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your date on our calendar. This deposit will be applied toward your final event total.

  • Rental packages include tables, chairs, and linens, and you may choose between hosting your event in The Southerly Warehouse or The Osage.


    We offer different packages for weddings and non-wedding events, as each includes different services and setup options. Additional furniture, décor, and upgraded rental items can also be added to customize your event.

  • We offer a variety of optional enhancements at an additional cost, including stage rental, access to the Groom’s Suite, specialty furniture, and room flips.

  • Yes, but due to the historic nature of the building, nothing may be affixed or adhered to the walls except using Command Strips, existing nails, or fishing wire.

  • The only requirement is that any alcoholic beverages served on The Southerly premises must be provided by The Southerly Venues/Marsh Hospitality Group LLC. All other vendors are welcome.

  • Every rental includes our Southerly Day-Of Coordinator who begins working with you about 30 days before your event to assist with venue logistics, timeline guidance, setup of included tables and chairs, and vendor unloading.

    While our Southerly Day-Of Coordinator focuses on all venue-related details, they do not manage outside vendors. If you already have a planner, our Day-Of Coordinator will work alongside them. For more comprehensive planning or design services, we’re happy to recommend Sleek Design By Shanika.
