We host weddings, rehearsal dinners, Greek events, non-profit events, banquets, and other large events.

- We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a date on our calendar.

- We are currently booking through 2024.

We have different rates for weddings and non-wedding events. Please send us an inquiry for pricing.

- For both weddings & non-wedding events, you can choose between The Southerly Warehouse or The Osage event spaces. Our packages include linens, tables, and chairs with options to rent additional furniture, decorations, or upgrades to included rental items.

We have optional add-ons at an additional cost, such as stage rental, Groom’s Suite, furniture, and room flip.

- Yes, but due to the historic nature of the building, nothing can be affixed or adhered to any walls except with command strips, existing nails, or fishing wire.

- Our only required vendor is B&B Bartending for the provision and service of alcohol. You may contact them directly to inquire about their services and rates.

- We provide a venue coordinator to assist all our couples as part of every rental collection. Some of our main responsibilities that relate to the venue are obvious, and others are similar to a day-of wedding coordinator. We ensure the space is clean, functioning, and presentable. If applicable, we set up tables and chairs as provided in your rental package. We direct the unloading of vendors as they set up. We can also advise on an appropriate timeline for your wedding day and make recommendations for exceptional vendors. We do not, however, manage the services of other vendors on the wedding day. We highly recommend Sleek Design By Shanika for any planning, coordinating, and/or design services.
