The Southerly Mixer is a vendor showcase event bringing together local businesses, creatives, and vendors for an evening of connecting, mingling, and showcasing what they do best. Guests will have the opportunity to meet participating vendors, learn about their services, and get inspired for their upcoming events.

The Southerly Mixer will take place on Thursday, September 24th from 6–9 PM at The Osage & Pavilion Park within The Southerly Venues.

We welcome local vendors, creatives, and small businesses who are looking to showcase their brand, connect with potential clients, and be part of a fun community-focused event.

The vendor fee is $150 and includes your designated vendor space, a table, two chairs, linens, a table identifier featuring your logo, and promotion through The Southerly Venues’ social media channels leading up to the event.

No! We will provide your table, chairs, and linens. Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional displays, signage, marketing materials, or items needed to showcase their business.

Yes! We will be highlighting participating vendors through our social media channels leading up to The Southerly Mixer.

We would still love to have you participate! If you are unable to come by The Southerly for a content shoot, we would love for you to send photos or videos of your business that we can use to help promote you.

Yes. Participating vendors are required to promote The Southerly Mixer on their own social media channels leading up to the event to help increase reach and create a great experience for all vendors involved.

We recommend bringing anything that helps showcase your business, such as marketing materials, business cards, signage, displays, or samples.
