*Event Security fees are included based on guest count. Events with over 700 guests will incur additional charges for extra security personnel. These charges will be added to the final contract total. All security is provided exclusively by 10-4 Security—outside contractors are not permitted. Security will be scheduled by Southerly Staff based on your guest count.


**Our In-House Bar Team with Marsh Hospitality Group is required for any events serving alcohol. NO outside alcohol is permitted. Non-Alcohol Events must sign a Non-Alcohol Agreement.
